Who's Who
The Papworth Team is committed to every member ministry meaning that we believe that all Christian People have a part to play within the Mission and ministry of the Church.
We have a variety of small groups, prayer meetings and events which involve both Clergy and Laity in participation and leadership. PCCs still have the responsibility for day to day running of Parish Churches and for the content and availability of worship in their area.
The Team Council is responsible for the shape of worship throughout the Papworth Team and for forming and sharing the vision of the team. It consists of elected representatives from each Parish, alongside the Clergy, our Readers and the Youth Ministry Co-Ordinator. As well as Team Council Representatives there are various office holders on the Team Council. The team is also resourced by a Team Administrator.

The Team Administrator
Ruth Gildersleve works in the Team Office in Bourn. She deals with a variety of administrative matters - service arranging, planning, co-ordinating events, Wedding and Funeral admin and much more.

The Ministry Team.
Meeting weekly, this team consists of The Clergy, Readers, Lay Chair of Team Council and the Team Administrator. We meet for prayer followed by a chance to catch up on business and deal with all the matters that crop up in a Thirteen Parish Team!
